Cabinet approval for "Ayushman Bharat" National Health Security Scheme.
10 million families in the country will get insurance cover of Rs 5 lakh.The central cabinet has approved the "Ayushman Bharat" National Health Security Scheme. Under this, 10 crore families of the country will soon get insurance cover of Rs. 5 lakhs. Finance Minister Arun Jaitley had announced this scheme in the budget 2018-19 budget presented on February 1. So far under the National Health Insurance Scheme, insurance cover of only 30,000 is available. But after the implementation of the Ayushman Bharat Health Scheme, about 10 million families of the country will benefit from 2020.
The Government will be able to provide Health Insurance Cover to those suffering from serious illness. Through this, he will be able to cure his illness. Under the chairmanship of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, in the Union Cabinet meeting here on Wednesday, the Ayushman Bharat Health Scheme was given a green signal. The scheme is being termed as the ambitious plan of the Modi Government. It is also being called by Modi Care. Under the scheme, 60% of the amount spent will be borne by the Center and 40% the state government.
You will get these facilities
1. Ayushman Bharat Scheme will work on a Trust Model or Insurance Model. This will be completely cashless.2. More than 1.5 lakh health-wellness centres will be opened across the country. Here medicines - the investigation services are available free of charge.
3. In these centres, there will also be care of non-infectious diseases and maternal-child.
4. Special training will be given to control diseases such as high blood pressure, diabetes and tension.

1. Approval of expenditure of Rs. 2,161.68 crores in 3 years for development of Silk Industry. Millions of people are expected to get a job.2. Approval of amendment in Surrogacy (Regulation) Bill 2016. The abuse of surrogacy will be stopped. The same childless couples will be helped.
