Fermented food is a bit sour in taste, which makes strong to the intestine by increasing appetite. Fermentation is also called kinvanikaran in Ayurveda. To make sour, use yeast, vinegar (vinegar) and curd and cover the food for some time so that the food starts to expand quickly and there is sourness on the cooking. It will be a natural taste. There is no harmful substance in the food prepared by natural fermentation. Due to the yeast in the food, there is sourness in food. Any harmful bacteria in it, they have destroyed automatically. When the person eats it, the intestinal and digestive nerves do not have to work more to digest it. All types of nutrients work to give energy to the body by reaching the blood in less time with the help of body cells.

Artificial fermentation is used to bring sourness (yeast) in food. For most of this,  soda and other types of chemicals are used. Fermented food prepared in hotels is usually prepared with artificial fermentation, as it is necessary to prepare food in less time. Gastric problems are more by eating this food. Many times, eating of this food prepared by this method also complains of indigestion and vomiting diarrhoea. In such a way, eat as much homemade food and avoid artificial fermented food.
