For this purpose, experts from the private sector will be contracted to ensure that the facility is available to the children in the district hospital. For this, the Civil Surgeon Office is talking to the Private Service Provider.

People upto18 years age will be investigated

All the emphasis is for children up to 5 years but according to the Health Department, under RBSK (National Child Health Program) there is a provision to provide medical facilities to people up to 18 years. Under this scheme, the budget will be allocated. Due to the strike of contract employees now this project has been extended. Civil Surgeon doctor Madhusudan Mandloi said that if any type of disorder is detected early in the child, then it is more likely to recover. Their development is also like normal children. Physiotherapy along with tests in audiometry will also be required. For this, we will take the services of private sector people.

The first patient will be discharged today after the Bone-Marrow Transplant

The first patient will be discharged at 11 AM on Monday morning after 16 days of Bone Marrow Transplant in MYH. According to the MGM Medical College administration, the patient who will be going to discharge, transplant of that patient was on 3 March 4. It was the first government hospital, where the facility of Bone-Marrow Transplant has been started. The 33-year-old Upendra, a resident of Juni Indore, and a 45-year-old Kusum resident of Neemuch, suffering from multiple myeloma, was bone marrow transplant. For this, the services of doctors from Fortis Hospital of Gurgaon were taken. According to doctors, the Upendra is completely healthy. According to protocol, the patient had to be admitted for 15 days. His blood count has also increased. Therefore he is being discharged. Dean doctor Sharad Thora said that the patient's haemoglobin is okay. There was also another patient's transplant with it. Probably he will also discharge after two or three days. After Adults, children of Thalassemia victims will now be transplanted. Probably the first child will be admitted for this on 7th April.
