The use of curd is very high in summer days. Anyway, in our country, consumption of curd is right in comparison to other countries in terms of climate. Curd can be consume in three ways, as a fresh curd, second sour curd and third buttermilk. Sour curd is more beneficial than fresh curd. Know why and what its benefits -

If the throat is bad or there is headache, do not eat it, because it enhances both bile and phlegm.
