He said that now there are around 1.5 lakh such health centres in this country, where work is done only for the health of mother and child. Now the same centre will be developed as 'Health and Wellness Center'. He said that this centre would cover both communicable and non-communicable diseases. JP Nadda said that in Health and Wellness Center, there are many more things to be added along with medical facilities related to mother and child. Here, the curriculum and noncommunicable will cover all the way. Efforts have been made to add treatment to diseases such as breast cancer, cervical cancer, hypertension, diabetes. He said that in order to nurture patients affected by TB, the government has made a provision of Rs 600 crores in this budget. It would also be a great relief.
