NRI quota exempted from private medical colleges, more than 100 students from Supreme Court relief.
High Court Order to Combine the Pending Petitions with Priority.
More than 100 students of the NRI quota, which were taken out of the private medical colleges of the state, are court. The Supreme Court has ordered the Madhya Pradesh High Court that these petitions of these students should be heard first by combining the pending petitions in the High Court. The effect of the order of the Supreme Court will be that after the cancellation of RKDF approval 150 students were required to get admission in different medical colleges, which would be postponed till the hearing in the High Court.
A bench of the Supreme Court Justice SA Bobde, and Justice L. NageshwarRav has ordered the applications of Inter-made NRI students. Like the students, senior advocate PS Patwaliya and Siddharth Gupta had lobbied. The Department of Medical Education rejected the admission of 100 students of NRI quota from private medical college in the state including Indore, Bhopal, Jabalpur on November 28, 2017.

Students who became Interwin

The Supreme Court had ordered the government to adjust these students on the basis of the seats being opened in the private medical college. In the petition, NRI quote students also became Interwin. He also said in the application to hear the petition pending prior to the pending petition in his High Court and not to adjust the students of RKDF College till then.
