Saxena and Gothwal of Index medical college surrendered, sent to jail. The judge of the index Medical College Level Committee, accused in the VYAPAM's scam of PMT 2012 examination, KK Saxena and Nitin Gothwal presented the surrender application to Advocate Shivanwadi Trivedi on behalf of both the accused in the Special CBI Judge DP Mishra's court on Friday. A copy of this was given to the special public prosecutor of the CBI, Satish Dinkar. After this, the court ordered the custody of both the accused and sent them to jail. Both the accused were sent to jail late evening after the court order.
PMT 2012
Most of the accused in the PMT 2012 case have surrendered in the special court of the CBI. High court bail application has been submitted to these accused, who have gone to jail. People's Medical College chairman SN Vijayvargiy, director, captain Amrish Sharma, chairman of Index Medical College Suresh Singh Bhadauria, chairman of LN Medical College, Jaynarayan Chausse, has already been arrested in the warrant of a warrant issued by the special CBI judge of DP Mishra.
CBI looking for accused
The CBI is looking for all these accused. The other accused in this case have been surrendered in the court from time to time and have been jailed. On February 24, the trial of this case is already decided in the Special Judge Court. It is expected that during the next hearing, the CBI can apply for the prosecution of the absconding accused, by declaring them as fugitive and surrendering their property.
