Two compounds found in clove

Professor Dangari told that two kinds of compounds are found in cloves. A eugenol and the second olionic acid are. Eugenal is being used in it because it contains aroma. It is used in oil and powder, among other things.

Extraction process

So far no one succeeded in removing 100 percent from the olionic acid long. We got this success. Petroleum ether, alcohol is used to extract olionic acid from cloves. Professor Vinod D. Rangari told that after writing the patent, he deposited it in the Mumbai office. This research was approved by the Biodiversity Board, Chennai. Now it will be working at a large level by doing MOU (Memorandum of Understanding) from any industry.
